  If you are interested in volunteering to be a “Class Parent” for the 2009-2010 school year, please complete this form and return it to the school office no later than Friday, September 11th. Forms will NOT be accepted late. Class parents must be selected and notified as soon as possible to ensure our emergency phone chain is in place should it require immediate use.

  Notes: You may not be a Class Parent for the same child two years in a row. Parents not having had the opportunity to be a Class Parent to-date, will be selected first. Class Parents MUST attend the Protecting God’s Children Workshop as mandated by the Archdiocese. Details will be provided.
