General Fundraising
During the schoolyear, the HSA promotes miscellaneous fundraising programs and events to promote social and school spirit. We encourage you to participate in those that are best suited for you and your family.
- 50/50 Raffles
50/50 Raffles are sold in conjunction with the Reindeer Run, Tricky Tray, and Casino Night. This is a good committee for working parents who would like to help from home, especially for the Casino Night Raffle. Volunteers are also needed during each of the three events to sell Raffles.
- Finer Art
Working with our Mrs. Crump, the children create an original work or works of art in class. Through this program, the children's original artworks are turned into high-quality keepsakes. Regardless of participation the HSA receives 35% of the proceeds.
- Casino Night
Casino Night is a fun fundraising event - dinner, gaming, open bar and outrageous prizes. This is by far our biggest fundraiser of the year. Although it is scheduled annually for a Friday night in the Spring, planning for Casino Night happens all year long. Committee members solicit donations, prepare advertisements, decorate, set-up and perform various other tasks such as making copies and counting fliers. We also need many volunteers during the event.
- Reindeer Run
The 5K Run is open to Trinity families and the public. The run begins at Trinity Academy on Bloomfield Avenue and continues on a mapped route through Caldwell. In addition to the sanctioned run, there will be many fun activities going on simultaneously at the Trinity campus, such as a costume contest, Santa Shoppe with local vendors, train rides and a "Jingle Jam".
- Tricky Tray
Another significant fundraiser for Trinity, Tricky Tray is scheduled annually for a Friday night in January. Committee members are needed for decorating the gym, clean-up, organizing baskets, selling tickets and other jobs.
- Used Uniform Sale
Discounted prices on used uniforms donated back to the school by Trinity families.
