Mandatory Fundraisers

Each year the HSA is assessed a major financial obligation to Trinity Academy. This obligation is fulfilled primarily through the three mandatory fundraising programs outlined below. The proceeds of all these events are used to enhance programs in existence and/or to initiate new programs to support our faculty and children.

Shopping Cards

Each year the shopping card program provides significant funds towards our fundraising efforts. By partnerning with Scrip we have expanded the list of available cards, but they all have different contribution percentages. So rather than tracking the face value of your purchases, we will instead be tracking the profit amount. Each family is responsible for earning $150 in profit for Trinity Academy.

The Shopping Card program will close out May 31, 2012. All purchases and buyouts must be completed as of this date. Trinity Academy is not responsible for cards lost in transit. Shopping cards are equivalent to cash and cannot be replaced.

Tricky Tray Basket

Trinity Academy will be hosting the very popular Trick Tray Event on Friday, January 27, 2012. Each family will be responsible for donating a basket valued at $50.00. However, donating a basket valued at $50.00 does not mean you have to spend $50.00! Be a smart shopper and hit the sales! Also, you can combine your gifts with other family donations to provide a basket of greater value that would be considered a Grand or Super prize for the evening.

Please hand in your baskets by Friday, January 13 either before or after school in the Trinity Gym Lobby.

Attendance at Tricky Tray is not mandatory. This is an evening of fun and tickets are expected to sell out as quickly as they did last year.

Trinity Discount Card

This is the third year we will be offering the Trinity Discount card. There are so many incredible savings on this card we are sure you will be excited to carry it around in your wallet and reap the rewards.

It is only mandatory to buy 1 card but we hope you will consider selling them or buying them as gifts.

The discounts don’t expire until August 31, 2012 so it is a value for the whole year! Don’t forget that when buying, selling or just using the discount card that you are supporting many Trinity family business owners as well as getting incredible deals.
