Register for Spring Baseball/Softball
All boys and girls grades 1-8 are invited to join the Trinity Academy baseball/softball teams during the upcoming spring season. For Kindergarten, there will be a multi-session instructional clinic run by Mike LaTorraca of National Institute of Sport & Fitness. If you are interested, the deadline for registration is FRIDAY, MARCH 9. Please submit registration form online or to the office along with a signed MEDICAL RELEASE/CODE OF CONDUCT FORM by this date. Your player will NOT be allowed to participate without all required documentation. Forms submitted after March 9 will not guarantee a spot on the roster.
FEE: $70 per player
NOTE: A signed Medical Release/Code of Conduct Form is required for each registered player. Please print and return the completed form to the office by the registration date.
If you prefer to pay by check, please make checks payable to: TRINITY ACADEMY HSA. Refunds will only be issued until teams have been determined, after which no refunds will be issued.
How To Sign Up?
- Register Online - All players register their information online.
- Payment - Pay online or make check payable to "Trinity Academy HSA" by the due date. Please note that until we receive your payment your registration is not official.
- Medical Release and Code of Conduct Form - Print, sign and send to the office. A form is required for each registered player.
